Shimmering Wolf Studios has participated in many different promotional events, performing services ranging from video documentation, post-production editing, onsite website creation and programming, technical support, trade show graphics, to pitchman for a product line.

In 2002, SWS participated in the documentation of the launch of Discover Navajo, the formal unveiling of the Navajo culture to the world.  The event responsibilities included video documentation of the exhibit and events, concert production, ticket and flyer design, and website design and programming.

SWS was lead documentary filmer for the GaiaSong Conference, Orchestrating a Sustainable Future in Santa Cruz, CA.

Currently, Shimmering Wolf is chief marketing specialist and event documentary filmmaker for the Folk Magic Festival in New Orleans, celebrating it's second annual conference in November of 2011.

SWS has also been involved with the PlaNetwork conference in San Francisco (video documentation), and the Sustainable Business Institute in San Jose.

Shimmering Wolf also helped found and served on the Council for Phoenix Fire, an event that took place over 5 years, and he developed all of the marketing materials for the event.

In the past, SWS has also participated at the NAB Conference (National Association of Broadcasters), as a product spokesman.
